Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you, except for third-party materials, open-source components, or our pre-existing assets.
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments & Refunds
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or project suspension.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. Codevix LLC does not store card numbers or banking information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards. By using our payment services, you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Deposits & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are at our sole discretion and only considered for work not yet delivered. For disputed payments, we kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Limitation of Liability
Indirect Damages
Codevix LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or deliverables.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
